Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), sometimes referred to as Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA), is a systematic process where expected costs and benefits of a project or policy are compared. It can be used to determine if an investment is efficient or to compare different investments to identify the most efficient application of funds.
